Direct runoff hydrograph model’s collation for a Pakistan’s region

Rainfall-Runoff modeling is among the classical applications of hydrology. This paper examines results 3 hydrologic approaches, particularly Clark Model, Nash and Geomorphic Instantaneous Unit Hydrograph Model. Assumptions are forwarded for long run use Rawalpindi Division, Pakistan’s Small Dam Organization. The catchment Shahpur was an area under consideration study. Digital elevation model (DEM) implicated to measure model’s geomorphic parameters. Using ArcGIS, satellite imagery processed estimate geomorphological models have been applied multiple storm cases. Geographic (GIUH) gave direct surface runoff hydrograph, whereas, on measured precipitation excess rainfall hyetograph obtained. Four types statistical parameters, namely efficiency (EFF), percentage defect in time attain peak (PETP), percent attained Q (PEP), rate (PEV) used check efficiency. comparison done between findings GIUH original models.
